Discrepancies/Disputes

All Internet transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Password

In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have it's password or username, the customer may at anytime ask that Players Gaming Management Limited furnish the customer with a new password and username.

There are four different methods of payment you can choose from, Check, Fedex, Firepay or Bank Wire
Please note: On any withdrawal, Wildstakes.com will first credit back to your card any funds that you have recently charged to that card. The rest of your winnings will be sent using the method of your choice.
For example, if you deposited $200 via credit card, your current balance is $500, and you wish to withdraw $500 dollars; $200 will be credited to your card and the remaining $300 will be sent via the method you choose.

for fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind
10. Players Gaming Management Limited and the player shall not commit or purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these rules
11. Players Gaming Management Limited accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet
12. These Rules constitute the entire Agreement and understanding investment between Players Gaming Management Limited and the user. In the event of there being a discrepancy investment between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version will be deemed to be correct.
13. The maximum dollar amount that may be won by an individual customer on a weekly basis is US$100,000.00. See below for Progressives and Large Parlays.
14. In the event that $50,000 or more of the weekly winnings is the result of a winning 10,11 or 12 Team Parlay, then the weekly maximum winnings is raised to $200,000.
15. In the event of a customer winning in excess of $50,000 on a progressive jackpot in any of the casino games where it is offered, customer agrees to have their picture taken while receiving a check from one of our representatives and gives Players Gaming Management Limited the exclusive right to use the photo material at it's own discretion. The weekly limit on winnings of $100,000 does not apply to progressive jackpot winnings.
16. Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
17. Please Note: Initial signup bonuses are not cumulative. Eg: We have a normal 10% signup bonus, and a 10% bank wire bonus on all bank wire deposits. This is not cumulative to be a 20% total bonus.

Note: For general casino disputes we provide a record that contains the investment amount, running balance, game type, Round ID and time for each single casino round only. Every casino round has a unique Round ID and customers should provide it in their casino claim. Due to technology constraints we can only provide the customer with the card/number/dice details and outcomes for a limited number of casino rounds only (25 rounds maximum). If a unique Round ID or exact time for a particular casino round is not provided by the customer we cannot guarantee the funds will be reimbursed. |

Players Gaming Management Limited considers fraudulent customer behavior when a player wagers both sides of a game using a promotional investment (to investment at the same time on the favorite and the underdog) or using bonus money. Any money won playing both sides of the game will be deducted, together with any other promotional money deposited in the customer’s account
